At URBAN THOUGHT COLLECTIVE (UTC), we are all about cultivating a community to share ideas and opinions. To achieve this, we ask you to register and/or provide personal information and preferences when you visit certain areas of the site, download free information, enter contests or request information.

When you provide UTC with your name (or alias), email address, mailing address, or telephone number, and you do not opt out, UTC and its parent company DVA, may use the provided information to alert you to special offers, updated information, new services, and other DVA information. Beyond its representatives, UTC and DVA do not offer or allow the selling of any user-provided information to third parties.

UTC respects the rights users give us when opting to register and enforces internal policies to preserve those rights. It is our objective to retain the long-term ability to continue to communicate with our users. If you do not want UTC or DVA to contact you, you may opt-outof this preference at any time by emailing info@dvapr.com with “OPT-OUT” in the subject header.. As part of your preference flexibility, you’ll always have the option to opt back in and have UTC resume contact based on your previous or new preferences.

If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you can still visit most areas of UTC; however, you will not have access to areas that require personal identification.

If a user elects to use our Tell A Friend application for forwarding UTC content to their friend or informing a freind about our website, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. UTC will automatically send the friend the specified website information. UTC will not use the friend’s information to contact them in the future.

UTC may contain links to other sites. UTC assumes no responsibility for the content or the privacy policies and practices of such websites. UTC encourages you to read the privacy statements of these linked sites; their privacy practices may differ from ours.

With respect to cookies: We use cookies to store visitors preferences, record session information, such as record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, alert visitors to new areas that we think might be of interest to them when they return to our site, record past activity at a site in order to provide better service when visitors return to our site, customize Web page content based on visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends.
