JAMIE FOXX A PROUD NEW PAPA
Well I haven’t run into Jamie this week to get my first hand confirmation but here’s what went down.

During an appearance on the “Wendy Williams Show” earlier this week, actress Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon has accidentally revealed that her former co-star on “The Jamie Foxx Show” just had a love child.

Here is Garcelle’s oops…

“We’re very cool, we saw each other on Easter Sunday … and he told me that he had a new baby and I said, ‘Jamie, wow! Do I know the baby mama?’ and he goes, ‘No.’ And I go, ‘Do you know the baby mama?’”

Now catching herself after it was too late, an embarrassed Garcelle looked into the camera and said, “J, I’m sorry!” The show then cut to a commercial break.

Foxx’s reps have yet to respond to Garcelle’s comments. Jamie has a teenage daughter from a previous relationship. It’s not like that is a big deal; except for the gold diggers who had their claws out ready to lock into that Foxx empire. Congrats, Jamie…

REPORTS CLAIM ANOTHER ATL REAL HOUSEWIFE EVICTED
Lisa Wu-Hartwell of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Atlanta” is setting the record straight on whether her & her NFL husband were evicted. If you missed last weeks episode they’ve been trying to have another baby. (remember these shows were taped months ago).

Lisa says, “We chose to move, we were not evicted; it was a decision that we made and not one that was made for us. But we were not put out.”

TMZ (who you know is in everybody’s business and keeps their check book in hand for facts) had reported that she and hubby Ed Hartwell defaulted on their bank loan and were unable to refinance, which led to foreclosure. She re-affirms that their attempt to restructure the loan “didn’t work out,” but her family was “not evicted, it was a short-sell. It was not a foreclosure.”

See what happens when you put ALL of your business out there on front street, perpetrating the fraud for Hollywood. Now tell the real story of what happens when that sports career or acting career takes a back seat. It’s not a laughing matter but a reality that should be exposed.

Admitting she has felt the pressure of the recession, Lisa says the family has moved into a new “downsized” home in a neighboring community.

Nevertheless I’ll be tivo’ing the fight between Kim Zolciak, Sheree Whitfield and NeNe Leaks. Kim’s a brave ghurl! I’m all for beatin’ a bi***** ass & pressing charges. Go for the double whammy!

JAY-Z CALLS ON SPIKE LEE FOR HIS NEW AD
Jay-Z set the record straight confirming that Spike Lee-directed the Rocawear 10th Anniversary advertisement being filmed and explained its concept. Jay didn’t hold his tongue on how he feels about Spike either:

“The commercial is about Rocawear, what we meant to the culture and the aspiration to maintain and be around for 10 years. So this guy, he’s in advertisement, and he’s in Rocawear, and he goes through the day as if he’s Jay-Z. He looks out the window, in his mind — because he’s aspiring to make his own Rocawear — there’s a group of people outside and they’re waving to him. As he walks away, reality sets in. Someone looks out the window, and no one’s out there. He gets on the elevator, and he’s thinking people are asking him for autographs; no one’s there. He’s on his way to building his empire, but he has Rocawear on, and that’s a start. So he feels as if he’s successful already…

“Spike Lee is one of the most important directors of our time. He gave us a voice and perspective in “Do the Right Thing” that touched on racial relations in Brooklyn and all these movies we grew up on that were so important to our growth.”

Can’t wait to see it, I hope Spike does his trademark technique of the rolling dolly/camera action. Hope he makes a cameo too.

***BLACK EYED PEAS AND TIM MCGRAW SET FOR NFL OPENER
The music superstars are scheduled to perform preceding the first game of the NFL season… Both three-time Grammy winning acts will hold a free concert open to the public at Point State Park in Pittsburgh on Thursday, Sept. 10. Following the show will be the NFL’s season-opening game between the Super Bowl champion Steelers and the Tennessee Titans at home.

***Vivica A. Fox will host the fourth annual Fox Reality Channel Really Awards show, to take place Saturday, Oct. 17 at 10 p.m. from the Music Box @ Fonda in Hollywood. Vivica has appeared on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” (Season 3) and hosted VH1’s “Glam God with Vivica A. Fox” and TV Land’s “The Cougar.”

***Mike Epps and Tracy Morgan join Dane Cook, Andy Samberg, Artie Lange, Bill Burr, Patton Oswalt, Mike Birbiglia, Ricky Gervais and Bill Maher at the New York Comedy Festival at more than 20 venues throughout New York City over the course of five days, Nov. 4 -8. Tickets for all shows are available through the New York Comedy Festival web site: www.nycomedyfestival.com. No telling if Dave Chappelle will pop through…

***Fabolous has announced a new Reebok endorsement deal in which he will help debut a collection of kicks. The deal will also allow Fab to headline a five-city Classic Remix Concert Series. The partnership with Cornerstone Promotion and Foot Locker, will kick-off the series as the first one hundred fans in each city will be able to “buy a pair, get a pair” — receiving a pair of tickets to a first-of-its-kind, exclusive, intimate Fabolous performance. Fabolous will personally meet with fans at Foot Locker locations throughout the US to promote Reebok’s Classic Remix footwear collection and the Classic Remix Concert Series. Cities include, New York City, New York (August 24, 2009), New Orleans, Louisiana (August 26, 2009), Miami, Florida (August 28, 2009), Houston, Texas (September 1, 2009), and Atlanta, Georgia (September 3, 2009).
