MIKE TYSON’S FAMILY WANTS PRIVACY TO GRIEVE
My heart goes out to my man Mike & his family. This tragedy has to touch the heart of even the coldest human being. And you just pray that this man will finally get a break.

The death of Mike Tyson’s 4-year-old daughter in a bizarre accident adds an awful chapter to the boxer’s troubled life. Exodus Tyson died at a hospital Tuesday, a day after her neck apparently got caught in a cord dangling from a treadmill at her Phoenix home, police said.

Police said Exodus either slipped or put her head in the loop of a cord hanging under the console and suffocated. She was pronounced dead just before noon after being on life support, said police Sgt. Andy Hill, who called the injury a “tragic accident.”

“There are no words to describe the tragic loss of our beloved Exodus,” the family said in a statement. “We ask you now to please respect our need at this very difficult time for privacy to grieve and try to help each other heal.”

Tyson, who has been living in Las Vegas, flew Monday to Phoenix, where he was seen entering the hospital.

The new documentary Mike has been promoting about his life is amazing and he told The New York Times earlier this month he had been sober for 15 months after years of drug and alcohol abuse.

“I don’t know who I am,” he told the newspaper. “That might sound
stupid. I really have no idea. All my life I’ve been drinking and drugging and partying, and all of a sudden this comes to a stop.” Be sure to check out this powerful and honest documentary. Finally his story in his words. A definite must-see!

The reports have been confirmed by Aruba-based radio station RAAR FM,
although Sade’s label has yet to comment – or to reassure sceptics that
Sade2009.com is an official site.

Damn, “Lover’s Rock” was in 2000; can you believe all the bull**** we’ve been subjected too since then!

According to the new – and still unauthenticated – artist site, “[Sade] does not make albums for the money, Sade is an artist who creates music purely on inspiration. Hence why we’ve waited nearly a decade for another release, like a poet with a nine-year year dry spell until she fell in love again, Sade will bless us with another classic.”

In occasionally incorrect English, the site promises a new album on 25 November, even if its songs will “[reveal] little about [Sade's] closely shielded private life.”

BUSTA SPEAKS ON LEAVING AFTERMATH
Well, there’s still love with the infamous Dr. Dre & Interscope head Jimmy Iovine, however, Busta Rhymes put on his timz 7 kept it moving!

Here’s how he breaks it down: “So when I did the “Back On My BS” album, that was the album I decided to record as a result of the new excitement, the new deal, the new enthusiasm, the new support system…When that situation didn’t feel like it was going the way I wanted it to go, the false starts, I said You know what, maybe this album ain’t the one I should be coming with right now…I was able to grow comfortably before I got to Aftermath and Interscope, not to say there’s anything wrong with my relationship with Dre or Jimmy. My problem was certain things I know through my experience of professionally recording that was supposed to be facilitated wasn’t being facilitated…I’ve sold many multiple platinum albums and have had a very successful career run before I got over there. I just wanted to get back to sitting behind the wheel, controlling my own destiny.”

***Jay-Z Confirms Split with Def Jam Records. He left the record company where he made most of his biggest hits and went from artist to president, and back to artist again. Last year, Jay-Z and Live Nation struck a wide-ranging deal that included touring, publishing and albums. Jay-Z had owed Def Jam one more record.

***Nas rumored to have told Kelis: Pay Your Own Damn Way. Word is he does not want to pay his estranged, pregnant wife, Kelis, a penny in spousal support. Kelis filed for divorce April 30. She’s weeks from giving birth and unable to work, but no matter to Nas — he’s filed his response to the divorce, asking the judge to deny her the spousal
support she’s seeking. For bad measure, he also wants her to pay her own lawyer’s fees. Nas and Kelis both want joint custody of their unborn child. Kelis cites “irreconcilable differences” for the divorce, but we’re told she believes he was cheating on her and that’s what buzz-killed the marriage.

***IS TERRENCE HOWARD GETTING MARRIED? Reports that he proposed to girlfriend Zulay Henao are being disputed. A representative for the Terrence is denying the report. Howard, 40, started dating Henao after splitting with ex-wife Lori McCommas for the second time in 2005. Howard and McCommas ended their 14-year marriage in 2003, but he wooed her back and they remarried, only to split for good soon after.

***Former Destiny’s Child singer Michelle Williams will make her London stage debut as Roxie Hart in Chicago for a six-week run, July 13-August 13. Williams will be the second American to join the Cambridge Theatre production, following Jerry Springer’s run as lawyer Billy Flynn (June 1-July 11).

***Eminem’s new CD, “Relapse,” sold 608,000 copies in its first week out, according to Nielsen SoundScan. That’s more than any first week numbers this year. “Relapse” is Eminem’s first album in nearly five years and fifth straight No. 1. His last disc, 2004’s “Encore,” sold 711,000 in its first week — though that was only across four days. It went on to sell 5.1 million copies.
