KANYE GETS CHARGED
Molesters are being released across the world and prosecutors hit Kanye with battery, theft and vandalism counts. It’s been six months since Kanye West’s infamous run-in with photogs at Los Angeles International Airport. Prosecutors weren’t playing; they have filed three misdemeanor charges against the rapper for his role in this wild out.

If Kanye gets convicted for battery, grand theft and vandalism charges over the videotaped destruction of a photographer’s camera, he faces two and a half years in jail if convicted.

If Kanye goes to jail, they’re gonna have a hard time catching…peep the “Punked” episode of Kanye…straight comedy!

BEBE WINANS ARRESTED
Well, Mr. Holyier than thou, BeBe Winans has been arrested for allegedly assaulting Debra Winans, his ex-wife and mother of his children. According to court documents obtained by thesmokinggun.com, the 46-year-old Bebe was picking up his children at the ex-wife’s home in Nashville when a discussion between the two escalated into an argument about issues related to the kids and custody. According to an official affidavit, Bebe became irate when “the victim was telling the defendant of issues with the children.”

Notice how this has gotten swept under the rug…hmmmmm why isn’t CNN spending all day talking about this case? Where’s the public apology? He must have one heck of a publicist doing damage control…see how the Holy one works…

LIL WAYNE FORCED TO RELEASE FINANCIAL RECORDS
Lil Wayne has been court-ordered to produce financial records for his latest album to a folk singer who is currently suing him for copyright infringement.

U.S. Magistrate Daniel Knowles III told the New Orleans rapper to hand over records regarding the sale of 2008’s “Tha Carter III.” Karma-Ann Swanepoel claims in a federal lawsuit filed in May that Lil Wayne didn’t have permission to sample her song “Once” in the track “I Feel Like Dying.”

The lawsuit says Lil Wayne’s record label, Cash Money Records, failed to negotiate a license to use Swanepoel’s song before millions of people downloaded “I Feel Like Dying.”

Well with all the oil wells Cash Money owns, Weezie could pull the money outta his pocket & keep it moving without even sneezing and that’s real!

LIL KIM’S FINANCIAL WOES
You knew the minute Lil Kim hit “Dancing with the Stars” the vultures were waiting to burn her ass. Well it seems, Lil’ Kim’s $979,090 tax debt records have reportedly emerged, detailing each payment she currently owes including both state and federal taxes.

Here’s the break down folks: The state of New York filed a $12,599 tax warrant on April 26, 2008, in the New York County Clerk’s office. The IRS filed a $50,464 lien on Sept. 5, 2007, in the Bergen (N.J.) County Clerk’s office. The IRS filed a $67,509 lien on May 14, 2007, in Bergen County. The state of California filed a $4,089 lien on Sept. 16, 2005, in Sacramento County Court. The IRS filed a $232,348 lien on Aug. 16, 2005, in New Jersey. The state of New Jersey filed a $51,471 lien on Aug. 11, 2005, in New Jersey State Superior Court. The state of New Jersey filed a $77,939 lien on Dec. 9, 2004, in New Jersey Superior Court. The IRS filed a $482,671 lien on Feb. 19, 2004, in New Jersey.

If you remember when I reported last year, the repo man seized her Bentley after missing four payments. Kim did not dispute the tax debts. “Lil’ Kim is paying her tax debt and will continue to do so,” spokeswoman Lisa Perkins said. She did not explain, despite repeated requests, what led to the tax liens being filed. Kim was also sued last summer over advance money for books that never developed.

Foxy Brown and Lil’ Kim were both paid advances by Simon & Schuster, Inc. for books expected to have already hit shelves. Foxy was allegedly given $75,000 in 2005 for an exclusive autobiography titled “Broken Silence” that was scheduled for completion by February 2006. Kim was handed $40,000 in 2003 for a novel due by June 2004.

Kim’s a survivor and she will bounce back and throw the money in their faces. Just stop spending your coins on plastic surgery…damn. .I loves me some Lil Kim, but I feel like I’m looking at Madam from “Solid Gold.”
