The 11th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals issued the stay of execution in October and heard arguments on December 9 to decide if Davis will have the opportunity to ask for an evidentiary hearing - that is what he has been asking for all along. The 11th Circuit has not yet ruled on this (fingers crossed), but Amnesty International is still working tirelessly on this case. They recently collaborated with indie rock group State Radio and put together a short animated video about this case. State Radio donated a song that they wrote about Troy for this video and it is really powerful!
